Our lash artists

Rachel Rogers – Lash Guru

I was born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest, Seattle the Emerald City. I love all animals and haven’t lived a single day without a fur baby! I grew up training and showing the most grandiose of all, horses. I have shared my love of animals working  for a vet clinic for many years, but then chose a different path.

I went into esthetics school in 2013 and after graduating, fell in love with lashes, and began working for a lash boutique. I went back to school in 2015 to achieve my master esthetician license to provide gold star service to all of my clients. I am double certified by Xtreme Lashes® in Volume (2016) and Classic (2015) techniques. I have extensive experience in facial waxing, lash and brow tinting, and am trained in the popular lash lift service.

I love my huge extensive family, I enjoy reading, working out, and hiking with current fur-baby, Marnie. I am passionate about moves and like to watch all genres. Challenge me on a favorite movie line, I dare you!

Randi Lee Anderson – Volume Queen

I chose to work for Lash Factory because the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.  It stood out among the rest, especially when it came to sanitation, which is very important to me.

I received my license as a cosmetologist over 5 years ago started my career doing hair and managing social media for a spa. One fateful day I decided to get lash extensions done and I fell in love  with the result and the process. I sought out training soon after and found a passion in lashes. I trained in Colorado through Lash Savvy in both Classic (2015) and Volume lashes (2016).  I also became certified in Xtreme Lashes once I joined Lash Factory.

My specialty is volume lash extensions, hence the name – Volume Queen! I love lashing because it is very personal and customizable to each client.  It’s instant gratification for both of us once they open their eyes. My ideal client is someone who wants to enhance their natural beauty and take good care of the final product.  It is a partnership between lash artist and client to create beautiful lasting lash extensions.  Aftercare is vital!

When I’m not lashing my hobby is photography and video production. I’m a creative person all around.  I’m also a HUGE dog lover and love spending time with my pup!

Mikaela Willmott – Lash Fairy

I knew I wanted to work at Lash Factory the moment I walked through the door. From the impeccable cleanliness, to the good vibes, I’m so blessed to call lash factory my home.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 8 years now as a licensed cosmetologist, and my enthusiasm for the game only grows. I started out as a colorist at Gene Juarez, and continued to train in different specialties.I quickly fell in love with doing lashes when I trained with JB lashes over 3 years ago. Since the day I learned, I’ve never wanted to stop.

My favorite type of lash style to create is a “wispy doll eye” it gives the perfect “open eye” look with giving the effect of full lush lashes. I love lashing because honestly, it’s therapeutic to me. Being able to sit and look at someone’s eye shape and create a look JUST for them is so much fun for me.

During my free time, I like to be outdoors as much as possible with my fur babies and my husband. Whether its hiking, trips to the dog park, or taking our boat out, outside is where you’ll find me!
